These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the Jaye 9 platform (jaye9.im). By registering with Jaye 9, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Jaye 9 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for entertainment purposes, open only to individuals aged 18 and above.

Jaye 9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-account notifications.

To register with Jaye 9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — all deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Jaye 9:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500 (five hundred BDT).
• Daily limit: ৳ 50,000 for standard members.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a registered payment method.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required for large withdrawals made for the first time.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In special cases or where identity verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.

General Terms for Jaye 9 Bonuses & Promotions:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the bonus claim page.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, the next bonus cannot be claimed.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Jaye 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any detected abuse of the bonus system will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

All bets and games on Jaye 9 are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If abnormal odds are generated due to a technical error, Jaye 9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Sports Betting outcomes are determined in accordance with official authority announcements.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jaye 9 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses on multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

You may request the closure of your Jaye 9 account at any time. Once you contact support, your account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Jaye 9 reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Self-exclusion (voluntarily suspending your account) is also available as part of our responsible gaming tools.
